You are making a classic mistake made by many novice authors. Most novice authors think first of 1) adorable names for characters 2) a cute title and 3) How many pages is my story. Forget that for now. Call your story Dreaming WIP for Work in Progress. Eventually a title will come to you when it's ready to reveal itself through something in the plot. You should know that if and when you happen to sell this work, your publisher has the right to change the title anyway and there is nothing you can do about that. So don't fall in love with a title. I can tell you from experience that most of the titles suggested to you here will never pass a publisher. They are way too hokey. They don't grab readers in the least.
A very famous NY Times #1 bestselling author once told me about a problem he had with his publisher (one of the biggest in the world). His publisher likes 2 word titles. They look better when they make it to paperbacks. He always used two word titles but once he decided on a 5 word title. He and the publisher fought it out and eventually he won. After that, he has gone back to two word titles.
My late Uncle, a very well known author in a certain non-fiction genre wrote a book once with a 2 word title, but it had a 7 word subtitle which was very important because it was part of a very important quotation in the book. His publisher allowed the title, but when it came out in paperback, the subtitle was missing. He was NOT a happy author!
So rest easy. Focus on our writing. The title will come when the time comes. In all of my books, the title has come last. Only the current book I am working on is actually titled. And it is a 6 word title and a quote from a famous poem so I hope it sticks. But perhaps it won't. Don't sweat titles. They will come to you. Pax - C

Is the story complete? A lot of times when you've finished a story, you can read back, and something will come to you. I recommend something without the word "dream" in it...
If you go for something more subtle, or maybe if there is a common theme or symbolism that comes up in your story... grab for that.
Something that makes someone go, "Oh wow... what's this story about?" Something that grabs a person's attention. And, unfortunately, a cliche title with "dream" in it (when the story is clearly and obviously about dreaming) might be a little bland.
Maybe if you send over an excerpt from your story--your absolute most favorite scene, or a part that really made you laugh or cry or the part that was the most difficult to write--I can read it, and come up with some choice titles for you. :)
If you go to my profile, you can email me through there.
^___^ Good luck~

uummm... how about just calling it Surreality ?? or.... Wonderland ?? or.... A Dream's Aspiration? or... An Aspiration of Dreams? or... Unsubstantiality? or... Subconscious Envisions? or... Dreamscapes?
a few could also contain the character's name, such as Diana's Dreamscapes or The Surreality of Diana, etc.
hope this helps.
