The Democrats who advocate government funded healthcare, without telling the public about the enormous tax levies to fund it, are the same ones who complain that Bush is a dictator. Advocating Big Brother government, while accusing the President of the opposition party for doing the same, is not just silly, it's downright deceitful.

I don't think that your conclusion is necessarily correct. And as far as universal health care goes, why is it that the US is the only industrialized country without it? And why is the cost per person in Canada for complete medical coverage less than the cost of paperwork per person (healthcare not included) for insured Americans?
I realize this is not an answer to your questions. I guess the best I can do is to say that if you consider the Democratic party to be a socialist party your understanding of politics is so shallow and superficial that you will never, ever understand anything complex. Good luck to you, and I hope you have health insurance.

First off, these are just polls. I don't put alot of faith in polls.
I think the best you can do is conduct a poll yourself and see what your friends and neighbors think. Then you'll have a better idea of how people think and feel about President Bush.
As far as government funded healthcare goes, I'm not totally sure on how I feel in regards to it. The one thing I do look at though is the untold billions of dollars we are spending on Iraq and there is no end in sight.
So I think a better question would have been, what is more important, "making sure our own people are taken care of or fighting a war that will eventually cost trillions of dollars?".

Bush freed the people of Afghanistan from the deathgrip of the backwards, intolerant, religious zealot, Islama Fascist Taliban, and Libs call him a war monger. Go figure.
Bush freed the people of Iraq from a cruel dictator who was a threat to the region, who had already been responsible for the deaths of one million people through the Iran-Iraq war, and the invasion of Kuwait. However, Libs do not call him The Great Liberator. Dumb as rocks Dixie Chicks types call him a threat to peace. Dumb Libs, go figure.
Bush created the No Child Left Behind Act, forcing teachers to actually show quantifiable progress in student grades. However, Libs do not give him credit for finally solving the problem of schools that do not have to account for their bad performance. Do Libs praise him for getting tough on lazy, unqualified teachers and apathetic school administrators? No way. Not Libs.
Bush's approval ratings should rise after voters see the dismal choice the Democrats have to offer.

Yes I have noticed. I don't believe in polls but the general attitude for Bush has gone up a little but they have stayed the same if not gone slightly down for Congress.
Go figure. I knew it would come to this after all, Bill Clinton didn't have a very high rating at the end of his term either.

How many LIES does the governmental controlled media have to tell before you people wake up?
Democrats and Republicans are on the same team. Further more Bush WILL go down as the worst president in history for rushing in the police state and total control.
To Hell with BUSH....
NO to the NWO...

A bush family member, huh? Well, it wouldn't take a bush to figure out that you are approving of our President?
Let me ask you a little something. If, in school, a kid studies as hard as he can, and takes a test the next day, but fails, should he be given a 100% bbecause he tried his hardest?
If you answered yes, I truly believe that you are a member of the Bush family and inherited the brains of Bush.

You wouldn't know a socialist if one bit you on your behind. Romare's assessment of the state of politics in America is bang-on correct. As for your poll numbers, can you post a link, or are they something you pulled out of your anus?

Good thing I've been listenting to Rep telling me that polls make no sense because they are run by the leftist, liberal media.
So why do you think they make sense now?
