I talk about it all the time with my coworkers. We are all on the same side on this.

One of my coworkers does a pretty good Bush impression, in fact.

Now first, let me get this straight - you are saying that Bush doesn't realize what is going on - -

Hummmmmmmm you are so out of touch, can you even imagine trying to sleep with so much going on, can you even begin to grasp what it must be like to hear so much hatred?

Can you for even a second try to put yourself in his shoes and think anything positive? No - I didn't think so.

Sorry, but I am a proud AMERICAN, I stand behind the President, I don't have to agree with things he has done, said, or tried, but I won't turn my back!

So from some of the responses I've read, being a proud American means you must also turn a blind eye to injustice and personal agendas?
Wow. It is possible to be proud to be American without being proud of, or liking, the president. It's scary that distinction isn't being made.
Yeah, we talk about Bush- we can't believe he's supposed to be the "smart one" out of the family.

What does he not realize is going on? Does he not realize terrorists murdered 2,947 Americans in one attack? Does he not realize al-Qaida considers Iraq the central point in the war? Does he not realize their are people who want to see as many Americans dead as possible? Does he not realize our so called allies turned their backs on us? Does he not realize liberals are putting the good of the country behind pushing their own agenda and their own political power?

I think he realizes all these things.

Prediction: As a response to this, I'll be called a neocon, a nazi, etc etc etc. Yet nobody will prove any of what I said wrong. Because you can't. You can only use baseless personal attacks in the absence of any evidence in your favor.

No. Because most of the people i meet who think that way are the same ones who spend half an hour trying to find their own car in a parking lot.

No more than I talk about how the idiotic Democrats in Congress don't have a clue about what is going on nor do the morons who post these types of questions.

Yes to the first part. No to the second part. I don't like to be depressed which is what happens when I think of the things that he has done with his time in office.

Well, the debate my friends and I always have is whether he DOES realize what's going on (in which case, he's incompetent and evil) or he DOESN'T realize what's going on (in which case he's incompetent and stupid).

Take your pick.
