I think it's Indian movies. As in real Indians from India, not Native Americans.

Bollywood is the informal name given to the popular Mumbai-based Hindi-language film industry in India. The term is often incorrectly used to refer to the whole of Indian cinema. Bollywood is only a part of the Indian film industry.

Bollywood is the Indian Hollywood. Bombay is the place that came up with Bollywood and they are the ones who produce I'd say about 90% of all Indian movies. They are mostly romantic or about life. Very excellent though.
If you want to watch some, I'd try these movies:
- Kal Ho Naa Ho
- Dil Se
- Kuch Kuch Hota Hai
- Rang de Basanti
- Krissh
- Dil Chahta Hai
- Dil To Pagal Hai
- Duplicate
- The Namesake (English but with some Bengali)
- American Desi (American movie with Hindu)
