i know about IPCONFIG command that let me know my publice ip
but wat is my internal or private ip???wold tracert can tell me ??

You don't have a private IP if you're using PPP -- unless your ISP is routing you through NAT in which case ipconfig will give you your private IP and you use www.whatismyip.com to get the "public" shared IP.

your public IP is directly assiened to your dial up adapter. so there's no internal IP ,
tracert will show you the hops ,
to check if u r not on NATTING, you can ask someone to ping your public ip
