Funjet is one of the top tour operators. Depending on where you are, they have charters which are and sometimes can be a lot less expensive than other tour operators for the same thing. They give good service and have a 24 hour phone number you can call should there be a problem departing on your trip. Also, while there, they have ground personal that are available all the time to assist. Depending on your destination, a lot of their places, like Cancun, etc., they will have one of their ground employees at the hotel like a concierge to assist you and a main office. I use them alot and like their service and their prices.

Also, they have cancellation insurance which you can buy and cancel your trip for any reason anytime before an 1 or 2 hours before departure. They also have insurance for when you're there.

Yep, my brother and I go somewhere nearly every year. We've used Funjet (once) and we've used Apple (quite often), Funjet seems to be slightly less expensive for most comparable trips. I'm not sure what trip we used Funjet for, but I want to say we had some very minor problem- I can't remember what exactly and I don't remember even caring about whatever it was. Since my brother does the booking, though, he has preferred to use Apple Vacations instead and we haven't had any trouble with them; we usually book Apple through a travel agent he knows versus going on-line.
