is my panther chameleon small for it's age?

he is 6-7 mons old and is about 2 and a half inches long
he also has no colors but black and white
is this normal
if not, what am i doing wrong

It is OK hes still a baby he start changing color when he is a bit bigger you aren't doing any thing wrong

ur not doing anything wrong.babies dont always or usually have many colors.
