Alright, so I created a zip folder and put 5 documents in it, and then set a password about 10 months ago. Of course I've forgotten the password and I would really like to be able to re-access the files. I've tried many of the free ZIP recovery programs (most of which do 2-5 character recoveries) and I still haven't gotten the password. So are there any free programs with a large number of character searches? Or even a VERY GOOD program that you would recommend (preferably that you have used and it worked for you) that I could pay for with a credit card?

My best advice would be to go to where you sign into the program and click FORGOTTEN PASSWORD. It should ask for your email address and maybe ask for an answer to your security question then it will either email your password to you or reset the password for you so you would have to get a new password that would be easy for you to remember(ex., your birthday, last four numbers of your SS number, or maybe your child's year of birth).
