How far could I drive on a half pound bean burrito? Methane gas is used extensively across the nation. Landfills are a good source for it as well as cow do do. I live in Oregon. In the small coastal town of Bandon(Cheese making is the main industry) dairy cow poop has been used to supply much of the power needs of the city. The people don't pay crap for their electric bills, and they get samples of cheese as a bonus. Isn't that a kick in the dairy air?
