I Need too too put some fluid in my Zippo lighter, but im under the age of 18. Even though I cannot purchase the fluid can I just pay the people at the walmart or tobacco store or wherever too fill the lighter up for me? Also I heard that some places will clean and refill your Zippo lighter for free.

Just have your mom or dad purchase it for you. If you are doing something with it that they don't approve of, then do without the lighter fluid.

I can only comment on California, where sales of cigarettes, lighters, spray-paint, etc are all illegal to minors.
Any store employee who sold you the product, OR filled the lighter for you would be subject to criminal fines and probable termination.

get a habit that you are old enough to purchase the items needed.
