I have dated this woman for a year
We are COMPLETLY IN LOVE and are talking marriage when the time is right and both have mentioned next year...
THAT BEING SAID... i have yet to meet her parents.
given their conservative nature i will have to ask her father first for his blessing. I just dont see how im going to get an ok given that she was just offically divorced (has been seperated for 3yrs) and the fact by when i want to ask her they will only think i have been with her for 6 or so months....

I honestly do love this woman to death but this is really starting to get difficult.

any advice on what to do or ways to handle this
thanks

You have the rest of your life to get married,be patient. You must realize that the longer you wait to get married, and the better you get to know each other, the better chance you have of a happy successful marriage.Wait until her divorce is finalized and you have properly met her family before you make any announcements.

Wait, i could communicate on your dad and mom and tell them you have a GF, then communicate on your Gf and tell her approximately your dad and mom, after the divorce is very final THEN and easily then deliver the Gf around, i does no longer be contemplate whether your Ex spouse did no longer call or cease by ability of to declare chuffed thank you giving to them i could experience obliged in my opinion, I mean you have been married and not even totally divorced yet, NO its way too quickly to declare i'm in love, superb just to hold off in this because it is going to easily make issues worse. Whoa buddy, slow down. You two are already talking marriage and her divorce isn't even final yet? You're setting yourself up to fail. Slow it down, there's nothing wrong with that. Take your time, she's still healing from her first marriage in many ways (Whether she realizes it or not.)
