I think i have had a cockroach problem for a while..but what i don't understand is....i see one at a time....then i might not see any more for months? Does this makes sense? They have tried to put traps...and my whole apartment has the gel...its been done twice...i am not even sure they are cockroaches....they just look like one...i think i saw a female american cockroach today whom had an egg sack and appeared to be pregnant...i took her to the managment and they are calling exterminator?.....i keep my house immaculate in case you are wondering....i have been told by anyone who enters my house....they have never seen a cleaner house?

If you have one cockroach living in your house, you have a whole bunch of them somewhere. Unless they are coming in from something you bring into the house. Cockroaches like to eat starch, like the glue they use to seal cardboard boxes. Maybe you are bringing something like that into the house that has a cockroach or two on it every now and then.

Or it could be a wierd source. I used to work at a cable TV company. Every now and then we would get converter boxes back from homes and they had cockroaches in the cable boxes. Apparently, the roaches liked the warmth of the box.
