Which one is correct? I am confused.

the second one is better, but neither one is correct.

if the 2 "it"s refer to the same thing, the sentence should read: It will not be able to find itself.

if the 2 "it"s refer to 2 different things, then you shouldn't use "it" for both, you have to tell us what they are (or at least the second one): The space shuttle will not be able to find the Earth. or It will not be able to find the house.

it will not be able to find it. is the correct answer because the other choice does not make sense and doesn't sound right.

The second is better. It still isn't perfect, though, because "it" is finding something, and usually inanimate objects (unless you are speaking about a computer) can't make deliberate actions like that.

Correct would be:
1. It was not able to find it, or
2. It will not be able to find it.

What is "it?" What is it trying to find?

The verb is "to be able to"; therefore, your sentence should read "it will not be able to find it".
