the ones you are talking about still pose no threat in this age of society, our military and police would stop them.
and just about every other countries military and police would be able to do the same thing, countries that do not have an army are under the protection of either NATO, or mainly the U.N peace keepers.
but have you ever herd of psychic vampires?
well according to allot of people they are real, look it up on goggle.
and then there are the people who call them self's vampires because they drink blood and do dark rituals.
I'm an expert at this knid of stuff.

They sort of are. In the olden days people used to have Vampire like Teeth and some sort of dementia that made them like Human blood. Today Teenagers are in Cults where they get surgery to implant Vampire fance and cut eachother and suck their blood.
