i work in a call centre and at the same time i do my MBA studies and hence would like to learn few Yoga exercises with which i can concentrate on my work n can also control my anger. I wanna have good memory power as well.

Siddhasana is the best posture you can follow. It requires lesser flexibility of legs in comparison to Padmasana, it still, facilitates concentration, relaxation and meditation bringing about a balance of mind and body. Hence it is a recommended meditation posture.

Do the whole course--it's really worth it! I don't think it's a couple of specific exercises, but the whole pizza! Learning to "let go" in the thought processes and just "BE"!! You will be better to find the root of the anger--ten to one, the current "anger" goes back to original childhood anger with your Family of Origin.
