ok i got married in february of 06' in vegas (doesnt everyone get married their?) we spilt up the next month she had bi polar and got pregnant not long after that and was using meth with other people {im not the father) im wondering am i gonna be financially responsible for her she is a total whack job and she calls me with threats all the time and im at my witts end.... any help with this matter would be great thanks so much in advance.

You won't be responsible. The baby isn't yours so you won't have to pay any child support. In most cases (and I'm sure yours) you have to be married and not working for 5 consecutive years to be able to claim alimony. You are free!

You could have that annulled. After a month, the judge wouldn't sentence you to a life of alimony. File for a divorce or an annulment and shut her out.

No you have to be married 7 years for her to get spousal support...at least in Fla.

She is a "crazed woman on crank" they had a Geraldo episode devoted to women like that; their delusional.

Get a restraining order and stay far away from her! You owe her nothing!
