Sorry to say that you can not check your account because it has been suspended. you can not access your account even from outside your country. All you can do is sit tight and hope the company sorts something out with the government to allow them to re-open your accounts.

telephone friends in neighboring countries asap and find out if they can access from there. keep trying until you find one where you can.
