From politicians to entertainers - you can find example after example of liberals who make public anti-Semitic remarks. Why are they often given a pass for this abhorrent behavior?

Mel Gibson is not a liberal - and he got 'hammered' for his anti-Semitic remarks. Al Sharpton referred to jews as diamond merchants, and nothing happened. Michael Moore, is blatantly anti-Semitic, and no one cares. Why don’t liberals ever take a shot at actually answering a question?

They aren't, and they don't. By the way, Mel Gibson is a Right wing Religious zealot, not a Liberal.

Well, you're right that there are some who have gone "over the line", but it would have helped if you had provided some concrete examples. I say that because it seems that some lump criticism of the Israeli government's actions and policies under an 'anti-Semitic' umbrella. Are you making a distinction between the Jewish faith and the Israeli government in your question?

To make my own position clearer, I don't feel I have any bias towards or against anyone of Jewish descent or of the Jewish faith. However, I do have objections to the Israeli government's actions and policies which I feel have exacerbated terrorism, just as the US war on Iraq has exacerbated terrorism there. I don't think my views make me anti-Semitic... do you?

Yeah....us darn liberals. I hate all the Jews who came together to help create me since Im part Jewish.

Oh, and of course I hate all those ones that are my fiances family, and her, and well...this is just stupid.

Racism exists in all groups, its pointless to take a minority of the people and assign their views to the rest when the rest are just as disgusted by that minority as you are.

Thankyou for the examples. It proves my point though. Personally I find both Sharpton and Moore to be revolting fools. So do most people I know, be they liberal or conservative. Yelling the loudest doesnt mean they represent us.

A free pass like Mel Gibson got? Look, being anti-semetic isn't illegal, it's just stupid. Liberals are generally smarter than that, but every garden has a few weeds.

Other than Mel Gibson's comments (and he is a conservative Republican) can you give a few examples. Or is this a typical neocon rant that makes accusations but doesn't support them with any evidence?

You still haven't asked a valid question worth answering. How is Michael Moore a "blatant" anti-Semite?

I would like some facts to back up your claim. Not all entertainers are liberal. Mel Gibson isn't for sure and neither was Charleton Heston. Arnold, Fred Thompson, etc. Before you ask your questions you may want to check your facts.

specific. Pandering to the Muslim vote. His apology.....valueless. The shame is that there are maximum of in his constituency who lap up that kind of poison. What earnings are those people to the rustic or the worldwide? Israel is an amazingly ingenious place .....super minds and achievements which shows the gulf between tiny Israel and the full Muslim worldwide. Britain could earnings from vast Jewish immigration rather of the third worldwide immigrants who're in many cases below knowledgeable and unemployable. those are the persons he replaced into pandering to.and he could be ashamed.

Right-wing fundamentalist fanatics think they're all going to hell for not believing in Jesus, so what's the difference? I'm not anti-Semitic at all and don't believe they're going to hell for their religious beliefs. I don't know any Jewish folks, but I could hang out with them without judging them for their religion. Could you?

Does that count all the JEWISH "liberals" who are "anti-Semites" in Hollywood?

...is your next question going to be why Spielberg, Streisand, Gary Shandling, Mel Brooks, Adam Sandler, etc, etc, etc. dispute the holocaust?

You can't get away with being "anti Semite" in hollywood and expect to get any work or make any friends with connections! Hello!
