I don't get made very easily, but you are pushing it, No, you should not just fade away. What is wrong with you?

If you must, be sure it's just for a while especially if it's to take a rest and enjoy a breather away from the foreground. If however you're fading away in the hope of being found, consider the following quote:

Do not fade away into the background for too long of a time or it will be harder to get back in the foreground where you belong.
