I never changed my name after the first divorce. I kept my ex's last name. I getting divorced again. Am i able to go back to the first marriage name legally or do I have to go back to my original maiden name.

You can either go back to your maiden name or the name you had prior to marrying #2. It is your choice..... I do know this for a fact so don't let anyone tell you any different.

Pick the one you like the best!!!!!!

You legally changed your name to your first husband's name and you can go back to that now if you like.

You can change your name to anything you want. Make it something like, Gunnagetdivorce, or almostforever.

You can petition the court for any name you want... even if it's not one you've had before...
