I need a great lawyer that helps non custodial parents rights. I have benn fighting my exgirlfriend in cook county court for the 6 years of me son life. I amjust fed up with her and her always winning. It's bad enough that she dousn't provide for my son like she should bit on top of that she always takes me back for money when it's not needed. I buy my sons school supplies and extra stuff during the year and thats not even court ordered. I just sick of being the sperm doner and not having any rights. I should have to support my son not his mother and new child when I have a wife and three more young daughters. Please help me find a lawyer that won't settle for anything less then fair. I would also like feed back on anyone that is or dealing with custodial parents just wanting more money in cook county. The best laywer needed

Look up parental alienation syndrome and see if there are is any information on father's rights. Sounds like you are being shafted. Also, look up father's rights.

I can't really give you much advice but to keep fighting. Some states are better than others on these issues, Illinois is not known to be father-friendly.

Hi I live in Kane co. you have tons of lawyers out there, you can call the court house and ask them for names, make phone calls, I can give you my to be ex's lawyer he's a retried judge, he's $$$$ but the old fart knows his stuff. He charges about $400.00 an hour and to drive out here to Kane Co. it's a cool $1,000.00 for the trip. Email me if you want the info.
