Youo have a vacuum problem. Check under the hood for broken or disconnected vacuum lines. Could also be the control head leaking vacuum.

And what is your question? It is very hard to help people who do not clarify what they want.

Is the defroster setting turned on? If so this is normal. If the defroster is not turned on you have cool air directed only to the defroster and need to have the settings checked and repaired.

Your airflow system has a malfunction, you most likely has closed vents that should be open from latches or tubes. you can see detailed instructions at www.edmunds.com
