Right click on the program and then click on properties. This will tell you the size in bites of the executable program.
Of course that is not much use to you as any programmer know that when executing a program will grab and free extra storage as the processing extends.

Download process explorer and check out the properties of the executing program to find out how much space/memory the program is using.
