No. There is no provision for a recall on the Federal level

The process is different under the Constitution. Bush would need to be impeached and convicted before he could be removed from office. A state such as Californaia can call a referrendum or recall of a state official the electorate believes is not doing their job correctly. Petitions must be circulated and signed and then a very expensive special election held and if voted out someone else has to be voted in. Do you think we would have the time even if we could recall Bush? I don't. Just leave him alone. The more screw ups and scandals out of him and his Administration the more likely it is that the Democrats will win the 2008 election. The Democrats are going to win by a landslide anyway but that would be reduced if Bush/Cheney were out of office so just leave them pounding nails in the GOP coffin for 2008.

LOL chi, I've got to tell you, you ask some of the dumbest questions on this forum.
How long would it take to do this? Bush will be out of office in a year and a half.
Why don't you turn your energy to what will happen in the next election instead of continually running against Bush. Doing what you and your fellow liberals are doing is just going to give us republicans the election. Do you not think the American public notices your seething hatred?

The closest to a recall the Federal Executive Branch has is an impeachment and in order for Bush to be impeached he has to be found guilty of a serious crime, which, unfortunately, he hasn't committed.

No.

You can impeach someone, but believe me, with the way Republicans are these days? Haha.

The Republicans are just a bunch of lockstep Nazis who will never ever question anything their leaders tell them. Most un-American bunch I've ever seen in my 40 years on this planet.

However, impeachment is always an option, but this Congress doesn't have enough people in it that would go against him, since the RNC will lose money if they do, and then the candidates can't run again with any campaign help from the party.

Very un-American, that party is. But they'll tell you they are the MOST American. Which makes them more like Nazis than anything else. Goebbels probably laughs from his grave every day these lying pusbags get on the airwaves and spew more lies.

No, the Constitution has no such provision. Incompetence is not grounds for impeachment.
