EXCELLENT question!
I can always tell whether a restaurant will be any good by it's egg rolls.
I truly hate a ton of RAW cabbage and no meat inside when I order a pork egg roll. So if the establishment doesn't pass the egg roll test, they don't get a full order.
I like spare ribs, sweet N sour chicken, pork fried rice, WonTon soup, and some kind of shrimp dish with a seafood type sauce.
