Fox will be airing the remaining episodes on Comedy Central, but as for not making more, it's probably because they felt they've done what they wanted to do with the show or the ratings weren't good enough, especially since they aren't even airing the remaing episodes on Fox.

Fox hasn't made new Futrama episodes in years. Comedy central will be airing new episodes beginning in 2008. If the ratings are good, they'll probably order more, so tell all your friends to watch.
