You know how there are some actors that just can't pull of any type of movie? Example: the movie The Number 23 w/ Jim Carrey. I think he should only play in funny movies, just because that's what he's best at. Will Ferrel couldn't pull off a scarey movie or a drama, it would just make you want to laugh. But is there one actor/actress out there that can do it all???

-Sandra Bullock is definitely the Vixen of Versatility. I'm sure all will agree when considering Miss Congeniality (comedy) The Lake House (Romantic film), Crash (Drama), and Premonition (Part scary, part not-so scary)

Tom Cruise USED TO be the King of Kameleon acting, but he can't get lost in a roll anymore.

Brad Pitt is the guy for the job. Example: Mr. and Mrs. Smith, The Mexican, and Ocean's 11-13 (all had comedic moments with him); Interview with the Vampire, Seven (scary and serious) and The Masked Rider (floopy, but romantic film)

Meryl Streep. I saw her in A Prairie Home Companion and The Devil Wears Prada the same week. She always becomes the character she plays as does Johnny Deep.

Versatile actors are the best. Probably Meryl Streep, because she can be hysterical or deadly serious. She should have won the Best Actress this year over Helen Mirren, but they probably wanted to change it up.

Diane Keaton, Julia Roberts and Susan Sarandon are my faves for actress'. I can forget who they are and believe them as their characters.

Morgan Freeman, Brad Pitt, and Sam Neill are some male actors that there real persona doesn't override the roles they are playing.

Meryl Streep, maybe. Emma Thompson, Kate Winslet.

For actors, Liam Neeson, Matt Damon, a few others (can't think of their names...)
