cubic metre= 100 * 100 * 100 cm³
cubic metre= 1 000 000 cm³

=> 940 000 cm³ = 940 000/ 1 000 000 m³
= 0.94 m³
= 1 m³ to the nearest m³

You need to convert cubic centimeters into cubic meters. 1 cubic cm equals .000001 meters. So, multiply 940 000 cm3 by .000001 and you get 0.94 m3. Rounding that to the nearest meter gives you an answer of 1.

1 cubic metre = 100X100X100 cubic cm
or 1 m cubed = 1 000 000 cm cubed

Therefore 940 000 cm cubed =940 000/1 000 000

=0.94m cubed
