yes turkeys do lay eggs, With Duck eggs being larger, have to be cooked that much longer, because they are poisoners if left to soft. Maybe its the same with Turkey eggs, in that they may have a poisoner's enzyme that could kill if not cooked properly, so they don't sell them like the rest of the eggs.

It was a hen egg, and yes I did enjoy it. I'm Mexican, and we have something called huevos rancheros. It's basically a sunny side up egg with tomato/chile salsa. But I only fried the egg whites because I don't like the runny yolk.

Living in the USA, we dont eat QUAILS, or quail eggs. They are NOT sold in supermarkets, grocery stores...in fact, I have no idea where we'd be able to buy one.

We don't eat duck eggs, either.
We do, however eat hen's eggs and buy them by the dozen everywhere food is sold.

Chicken egg...two days ago. It was an "egg in a nest", which is toasted bread with a hole in the middle and then put in a frying pan with butter and egg added to the hole and then fried.
