Get more and more credit cards, then when they are full start transferring balances like mad and then when all else fails lose your house, car, dog, etc to the Court Bailiff.

When you say "went crazy" and "spent too much money," I have to think about Bipolar Disorder. This is a mental disorder that some people develop, and one of the symptoms of mania, which is one of the types of episodes of the disorder, is a kind of wrecklessness that often includes spending sprees.

1) You need to figure out a way to keep yourself afloat, financially

2) You should consider a mental health evaluation to rule out Bipolar Disorder. This might have to precede suggestion #1.

If it's not as severe as I considered, you just need to acknowledge that you are prone to impulse spending and you need to take steps to remind yourself that spending your resources has its consequences.

Cut up your credit cards, if you have any.

Get another job and save save save.

If you spent too much recently and are still able to return goods for a refund, do it.

I recommend limiting your spending to 70% of your salary and spend the 20-30% repaying your debts.

Make appointments with your creditors about it. They will appreciate the initiaive you hav taken to talk through itand it helps your credit report.
