I'm going to go a bit further into "charms" since it comes up often. There are many objects that people taking a liking to and believe that they will bring them luck. Some of them
possess, in addition to their generic properties, specific
powers. What, now, is the common origin of this whole group of superstitions. It is for the most part empirical anecdotal information of incidents taking place when the "Charmed" object is there. It has even been attached to people--She was a Charming hostess. (Even if she hated half the people there.)

What is my Charm.....I can find answers and ask cutting questions. What Charm do I carry.....a small magnetic compass.

My lucky charm would have to be my garden gnome :) He was a gift years ago from my mother though I don't know why. Since then I have used him as a basis for a servitor and sits in my bedroom. Generally he is used in a protection/cleansing format.
