do you expect to have the same breakthrough from 2000-2100 or do u think that almost everything that human needs have already been made

It was in 1905 that the head of the US Patent Office suggested closing it because everything had been invented!
I think technology is speeding up! The big, obvious inventions that changed everything were all 100 years ago, but inventions are still being made today that are just as big and will have just as much effect on our lives, they just aren't as obvious as things like the automobile, the airplane, etc. Just look how much our lives have changed since the 1970s or so!
