George Bush worst president ever? or only a bad one?

Just bad. There have been far worse presidents in past history in terms of corruption and incompetence.

There have been far worst presidents than Bush. People said Ronald Reagan was a terrible president, but history has proven them wrong. So in 20 to 30 years, history will tell.

Clinton was the worst in our present day considerations. Bush is not much better.
Clinton destroyed the moral viber of the American Image, not to mention made the Presidential positon look like we elected an complete idiot. (Who does not know what the definition of is IS?)
Bush is destroying our international image with this dog/bone issue over Iraq.

Pretty bad, but most interestingly he hasn't passed many bad domestic policies. Some Presidents passed bad domestic and foreign policies that were just atrocious the whole time. GWB passed some pretty bad foreign policies; however, didn't even get passed any policy on domestic issues like social security, health care, crime, or immigration. Thus, he is bad president because he didn't do much.

My opinion is that he is one of the worse, but I will concede that you have to wait about 20 years to be able to truly make such a statement.
