You need to change the permissions on the object you're trying to share. Right click - > Sharing and Security - > Permissions.
Be sure to disable simple file sharing (unless you have XP home). This done in Tools - > Folder Options - > View

I think you re having permission problem...... Juts follow up with wht the guy above state. I guess that will solve your problem
