HELL NO!

i doubt it:

The Heat and The Pistons are both putting themselves in position to make a run for the East title again. The Celtics and Bulls are both super-talented as well.

And keep in mind that the Cavs got past round 1 easy last year and that was because the Wizards were without Agent Zero and Caron Butler (both all-stars).

The Cavs will not go to the Finals this year.

lebron is trying & he did carry cavs to the finals biut with such a stupid cast of players, lebron will have to do it allone which is impossible, hes not some one-man-mean-machine, hes a great talent though & has atheletism & determination but i doubt it if cavs can make it this year, with boston picking up great players like KG, chances seem to go down. i guess lebron should ask for a trade & get over with these bastard cavs. All hes doing there is leading but the team isnt going anywhere. Its a shame for such a great player, whos almost in his primes to be with such a low-grade team with no support behind.
kobe has odom
wade has shaq
mcgrady has yao/alston
melo has iverson
but lbj is alone!!!!

Do you mean "Will King James CARRY the Cavs to the Finals again?"

I don't think they'll get there this year with the talent in the east this year. If they (Cavs) don't add some vet or high talent at PG, it's possible they don't even reach the playoffs. The Bulls and Det are the best bets to get to the finals, BC (Celts) are a possibility, but not really with their current roster.

No, the Cavs got lucky last season. It was a fluke. With teams like Boston beefing themselves up, upcoming teams such as the Bulls, and seasoned veteran teams like the Heat and Pistons, it will be extremely tough for the Cavs to make it back.

Absolutely NOT! They haven't make any significant moves yet and they definitely need to upgrade the PG position. Lebron was complaining about it after playing with Kidd this summer. He wants and needs a PG to help the Cavs move along. Larry Hughes has been a disappointment but he's more of a SG anyway. Damon Jones has been a bust for them. Eric Snow is 43 years old and David Wesley is 44 years old!

They need to contact Houston since they got about 7 PG's on their roster.

no, because the Celtics and the Bulls are far much better teams than the Cavaliers. At least those two teams did well in the draft and offseason. The Cavs seem to be too satisfied with their acomplishment.

no. lebron james is a great player who can only carry a team so far. he has some maturing to do before he can lead the cavs into real contention against these teams in the east.

he reminds me of a young karl malone, very very good player but poor supporting cast, lebron will ask for a trade in 2-3 years to the clippers or lakers... this way he has a much better chance of winning and his endorsements will sky roocket.

absolutely not. the eastern conference got a whole lot better this offseason. from the pistons to the knicks to the bobcats, the eastern conference is no pushover. maybe if they swing a trade for bibby they can reestablish themselves, but bibby is washed up anyway. that is of course if lbj can average110 points a game then they may have a shot t it =P
