I own both systems PSP and PS3 and im able to browse the web on both system BUT the only problem I have is when I want to watch clips or videos from websites it show nothing . and when I try to download flash player it says they don't have software that applies to my operation system . WHAT CAN I DO TO BE ABLE TO WATCH VIDEO CLIPS???

You will need to convert Youtube videos to MP4. For an free online converter you can use with PC or PSP, and maybe PS3 go to http://www.vixy.net.

For other free videos formatted for the PSP go to http://www.guba.com/home_free or http://video.connect.com

what firmware does your psp have?
if you have sony 1.5 or a custom firmware there is an application where you can stream videos to the psp, if you have a sony firmware you cannot stream videos.
you cannot download a new flash player. the psp doesnt support anything above flash 6.
i dont know a thing about the ps3

on the psp i think its having something t do with the flash player try to do it on your settings and enable it and then try. (if it dont work i see why. i never tried it)
