Don't we have a right to voice our opinions to? When they say they are 'tolerant', are they outright lying or do they think Conservative Republicans don't deserve tolerance?

What's a riot about democrats is a conservative can come up with a plan, express it - and the democrats will oppose it to the death.

Six months later they'll have this brand new plan and love every ounce if it... But it's a repeat of a conservative plan just in a different wrapper.

They do it all the time!
Energy proposals, tax schemes, etc.

Whine whine whine....You get to voice your opinions just as much as they do! It's just that this so called "Democratic Process" has become nothing more than an exchange of taunts and fouls, yet each side only calls the other's fouls! I'm not liberal, and I'm not conservative either. I don't care if the President is a Republican or Dem, as long as he has the countries best interests at heart. Then there's the problem with your question: you won't except that the insults the Dem's throw at you have some validity to them! Through this very un-Democratic way, they're saying, "Hey ! You're screwing up here, here, and here! You're the president! Act like it!" Now don't get the impression that I think the Dem's aren't screwing up either. They are. But the thing is, everybodies too busy throwing complaints at each other that they don't have time to fix what they're screwing up! See?

I think somewhere along the way the words equality and tolerance became euphemisms for "stick it to the man". The perception of many liberals is that conservative values represent the historical repression of the white male christian majority over the rest of society. They have aligned themselves to oppose this, so they refuse to accept anything that is embraced by conservatives. I'm not saying that all conservative ideals are right, but they should not be prejudged out of hatred and bigotry. But mostly I think it is polititcal. They just want to slander everthing Republicans do out of revenge for the impeachment of Clinton and bitterness at the loss of the 2000 election. That's when things really got crazy.

I'm not a liberal, or a conservative for that matter, but I think that the problem lies in the fact that many people not only express their opinions, rather they feel the need to attack you if you do not share the same beliefs. There are those on both sides that do this, being ignorant and closed minded is not limited by party affiliation.

particular, because of the fact they're wimps for they comprehend that Conservative Christians won't hunt them down or kill them. Why else might they wander in and make a mockery of church centers? they're jealous too because of the fact it become spoke of to them that Conservative Christians supply extra of their very own time and money to help the damaging than do liberals. If somebody become to make the comparable form of assaults on permit say Muslims you be they be outraged.

If you view the world as a liberal then you tend to see things in thier ideal form or rather see them in terms of how they differ from the ideal.
Example: If everyone should have healthcare then any situation where everyone does not have it is upsetting to you. Idealist feel that anything short of the full solution is a nonsolution. It makes them angry. If I (as a conservative) reduce the number of people without health care by half then the idealist will say the problem is the same, everyone needs health care and EVERYONE doesn't have it. We can't win. And never mind what happens when we suggest people fix their own damn problems.

Conservative values? The only thing conservatives value is money, control, material things, power and cruelty. Just listen to the conservative-biased media and see for yourself.
That said, I would also add that liberals have few values as well. The only thing they value is personal freedoms, Constitutional rights, equality among all men, and compassion for those of lesser fortune.
A conservative believes war and ammunition brings peace. Liberals see the power of the gun as weakness.
Conservatives will spend billions of taxpayer dollars to shame a sitting President who had an extra-marital affair with another consenting adult, then hope they don't get caught seducing a teen-age Congressional page.
Conservatives will approve of corporate welfare to those rich and profitable corporations; liberals will approve of social welfare for those in our society who are sick, disabled, old, disadvantaged, underprivileged, poor, unemployed, hungry or homeless.
Too bad 'cons' and 'libs' have such different value systems in a country that's supposed to be a melting pot of cultures, a freedom spot for expression, and a nation unified. Too bad we're so divided. -RKO- 08/17/07

Sure, you are allowed to voice your opinion and have your own values. It's when you feel the need to write your values into legislation that dictates that everyone should have those values that liberals get unhappy.

Most of us are children of your tolerance, which is based on lies, especially self-deception,,,
The core difference is in selling your soul to someone you do not truly love, thus killing sex and love in the process.... these are not values we admire.... we wish the world was more perfect where one woman and one man loved each other forever
We have broke free of your sexual repression and love murdering views.... we will not settle for a mate just to survive.... we are love chasers.....
and the information we learn in our love/sexual quests teaches us information that you have been denying yourselves.....
we are the next step in the evolution of humanity.....
