Yes -- Rustoleum makes a product for appliances --- You get alot of bang for your buck by simply painting the appliances. Good luck with it and I say go for it.

i have done appliance repair for 11 years and i have seen many appliances that have been repainted fridges turn out all right but stoves are a bit harder because of how hot they get you can try high temp paint but make sure the paint temp goes above 800 degrees but i still can not promise any thing if you just want the top to look black then i would take the model and serial numbers and contact the company that makes the product and have them make you one seeing as the tops are porcelin otherwise if you paint porecelin it will just flake off then it will just look bad good luck

In addition to the other advice, if it is a gas stove with a pilot light, make sure to blow out the pilot light before painting. Paint fumes are flammable.

Yes, but it takes a LOT of labor and prep. You'd have to sand down the current finish, then use a high temp primer followed by another light sanding with fine sandpaper. Then use a good QUALITY high temp gloss paint. followed by wet sanding with very very fine wet sand paper. But if you are using it from spray cans, it is very difficult to get a good finished product.

Yes you can, but be sure to use a primer first, and make sure you understand spray paint technique before you start. Also, every molecule of grease must be removed with an industrial degreaser, and then rinsed thoroughly before you start.

A lot of those shows do things that would never be done by a professional. If you could see what they painted after a couple of months, you would know why pros don't do it.
For not much money youcan get them powder coated, which is much more durable than paint would be.

Yes, it works, but the paint scratches much easier than the original surface. Make sure you clean the surface thoroughly, the paint will not stick if there is any grease on the surface. Have fun.

You sure can. My dog used to be a yellow Labrador. I painted him and the results are great.
