How do you get rid of a little headache?

Ah crap, I feel a headache coming on....might take a nap...and wake up with a headache -.-.. my body is weird

Try a big glass of water and a few deep breaths. check to see if your neck or shoulders feel tight, and if they do, spend a minute or so relaxing them. If you can, close your eyes for a few minutes too. Sometimes it is just stress.

If I get a headache I drink black coffee and rinse my head under cold water. If that doesn't work, a heating pad at the back of my neck usually does the trick. If that still doesn't work, I take a Tylenol or an Advil and take a nap.

Whoever said caffeine is right. It always takes care of my headache. Well that and some Johnnie Walker on the rocks. ;)

However I can assure you that chasing 3 tylenol with a Mt. Dew will more than likely cure what ails ya.

It depends on what's causing the headache. One of the primary causes of headaches is dehydration, try drinking some water. If you normally have caffeine and haven't had any today, try that. If it's tension- try taking a little break, relaxing and gently messaging your temples scalp and neck.

I can cure my headache by brushing my teeth and drinking 16 oz. of water. Often times bacteria in your mouth will give you a headache as will lack of water.
