i am afraid not not growing old enough to see my grandchildren. i am living a healthier life to make sure i hope to hold and kiss on my grandchildren.God willing

I'm afraid of losing everyone I love, for that reason I never had a real friend until the 7th grade. Now I'm more afraid though, because now I don't only have friends, but it's a group of very close-knit friends. I suppose all I can do is enjoy every milisecond I have with them before they're ripped from my life forever......I hope I die before that happens T_T

I'm afraid of heights. I don't know what I can do about it. I'm so afraid I won't let anyone I know get near a window if we are high even if it has very thick glass.

Hi!
The problem is all of us have inflated egos and think we are indispensible, that we are here to play a gr8 earth-shattering role.....lets not kid ourselves!
We are afraid of death...any unknown quantity is worrying to humans as we are supposed to be * intelligent*. We like to think we are very important and the wheelsof life will stoop when we are gone.
Theres nothing to do about it. Accept living and dying as a natural process.
Be kind and loving
Help when you can
Theres immense satisfaction in helpinf those who are weaker. thats what life is all about!

I happen to have a fear of the ocean because...
a. If I get tired & can't keep swimming I'll drown. On land I'd just sit down.
b. Its not possible to swim to the other side. At lakes I know I can reach the shore, not so in the ocean.
c. There are things out there that could "SWALLOW" me.
Anything on land would at least have to work for its meal & would know it'd earned it. Out there is GULP ,,,Gone... with no warning.

i am afraid of being alone... but i am realizing that i dont need anybody (a man) to make me happy.. and i will one day be free from all the stress and be able to support myself and baby without having to answer to anybody.
