times have changed. I was at a funeral once were the widow wore a red dress. PPl were like omg. But she explained that she wanted to celebrate the life of her husband. The fire and passion that was his life. So it depends on how the individual feels. But it has to be conservitive and classy.

I would most definitely advise against it. Stick with traditional mourning colors such as black, white, or navy. You not only want to blend in with your surroundings and dress for the appropriate occasion but have respect for the family/friends as well.

normally its kinda rude but little kids might be able to get away with it. I wore pink to a fueneral when I was 7 and no one seemed insulted. but if your over the age of misunderstanding the concept, you could try wearing purple or maybe blue, thats what I'd do.
