As long as no starters get injured, BOTH teams win.
This is the PRE-SEASON, the records don't matter. Last year the Indy Colts won 1 preseason game!!! When was the last time someone bragged to their friends, "We beat (*insert favorite team name) in that 3rd preseason game!"

49ers. (but its preseason u never know or care) the raiders are gonna be terrible this year and I'm guessing they'll go 2-14. JaMarcus Russell is a terrible QB and is WAYYYYYYY over rated. All he can do if throw it far. What about his accuracy?? Russell will go down as one of the all time #1 overall busts.

It's preseason, so the 49ers won't care. However, the Raiders will get any win they can possibly get their hands on, which is why they win in preseason so much and lose in the regular season so much.
Still, the 49ers should win this one if they care or not.

Its the pre-season, so the Raiders will probably win, they should go 4-0 in the preseason, the 0-16 regular season, then have first pick again, and then take a second string receiver...

probably the 49ers, but its not like it really matters anyway. it's just preseason. i just feel the 49ers have better backups than the raiders do.
