If you already have finacing in place and have given them all they need w2's 30 days of check stubs etc. you should close in a week or two now if your financing is not in place and proven it will be 30 days or more. once the lender has all your information and its confirmed all they wait for is title to clear and the appraisal to be high enough and usally they will send docs to title company to close the deal
