what do you love most the country or the seaside

Being that I am originally from England and never far from the Ocean and my Husband is from Portugal and also never far from the ocean, I would have to admit that my favorite place is the seaside.
I have a great respect for the ocean (or any large body of water for that matter) I love the beauty of it and the sounds. Watching the waves crash upon the rocks for me is very awe inspiring.
It makes one realize that we are only a small part of this world.

both are fascinating... I probably prefer the seaside in summer, and the country in winter- nice and cold!!

For me it also isn't one or the other, I like both, and mountains, desert, polder (the flat reclaimed land my country is known for,) cities and villages.
In short, I like diversity.
But you will not see my on a beach laying in the sun, beaches are for windy weather or winter, when you can enjoy the sight of the sea, always different.

now live in the desert and happy
old days lived near the ocean and salt water fish was good.
happy today miss some of the nice foods.

the view, is defiantly what i love the most about both they are both very relaxing and you could just forget about all your problems
