After all (Cetera and Cher) is the theme song of the movie "Chances Are" starring Cybill Shepherd. Her character's husband dies and is reincarnated into another person.
I love this song, but it's about coming together after many trials and obstacles. I would pick something purley about love, happiness and a promising future - not about overcoming obstacles.
