seriously why do people care if it looks good and its not even fun. people assume wii stinks for its bad graphics but isnt feeling like you are swinging a bat better than looking like you are swinging a bat.
what do you think?

in response to the first three answerers. all i have to say is that looks can be decieving. and what you mean by quality games you clearly mean games with good graphics. I am not an idiot

There's a lot of people who have the same sentiment, hence the Wii is selling sh**loads at the minute.
I myself, am a bit of a graphics-whor*, and in the type of games I enjoy it helps to have the added realism. What the PS3 and 360s increased power also do is add to the depth of the games.
I know i will probably end up getting a Wii at some point, (If only for Zelda, Mario and Metroid 3) but there's not a snowballs chance in hell of me swapping it for my PS3.
No, you're not an idiot. You like what you like and i like what i like.
P.s. I've been gaming for 25yrs, since the days of the Vic20, so I feel i have some right to my own opinion.

because, the reason we play video games is to have fun right?
and anyone will tell its funner to play a game were you hit a baseball, and the ball goes were it would, the bat makes the sound it would, and the player looks the way he should, truly the only reason we play video games is cause even if you won't admit it, the only reason we play is so we live successfully in the video game, and the graphics make you feel even more so by making it all the more real.
oh ya and if your saying the wii is better than the PS3 or xbox 360, your mistaken, one thing is the ps3 has movement control to, GOOD, RESPONSIVE, movement control, not to mention better graphics, overall gameplay, and durability. (at the gamestore my friend works at, they repair/give out more wii's than they sell, dang warrantys!)

The graphics make it ssem more real. And by the way, Xbox 360 and PS3 have much better quality games than the Wii.
