You should definitely wear a shirt and tie. You don't need to wear a suit, but wear a shirt and tie, and be sure that your grooming meets the Disney grooming standards.
And more important than anything else...be sure you tell them you have FULL availability. After you're hired, you can work out scheduling issues with your manager, but be sure to say in the interview that you have full availability and that you have transportation.

It depends on the actual position. Disney calls all positions 'cast members' but are you appling for a face character or parade performer or the type of cast member who works in the park at a retail position or in food services or something else? If you are applying to be a performer then you dress comfortable as you could possibly be there all day dancing and singing. If you are applying for a 'regular job' then you dress as you would for a regular job interview. Nice casual or a suit, it's up to you. A suit may be over kill for an 18 year old, but not necessarily. They may appreciate the effort. Remember that it's Disney. They want very friendly people to work with kids and families not to mention tourists and possibly unhappy guests.
good luck!

What is the job? Most of the time, yes; if it's a dance interview then no ... but generally it's better to be over dressed than under-dressed ... and as someone said, make sure you know what Disney dress codes are ...

First impressions and presentation mean everything to an employer no matter what the job may be... if you want to stick in his or her mind and put yourself above all the other people that they may be interviewing that day, then dress up.
It could give you that extra push towards getting the job :]

Yes, it shows professionalism, maturity, organization, and self respect among many things.
As a former employer, I always looked at that first. If you came in looking like a ragbag with inappropriate clothes, piercings and tattoos showing etc. You wouldn't get so much as an interview.

Anton, get a hair cut, shave, shine your shoe's, and put on your suit. Above all, be polite. You only have one shot at a first impression.
