I could say that I would look for its rightful owner or whatever, but no, I'd keep it.

yup, I found 20 two weeks ago and then 10 three days later, I bought food with it, like treats for the kids and then a bottle of wine with the other one! It was great, just like falling from the sky or something---I always have my eyes peeled on the ground when I walk b/c I've found $50 plenty of times, one time when I was desperate for food and could only go to the store for eggs and milk then I found the $50 and that helped immensely...call me bad, but I call it luck!

I'd put it in my pocket and keep it for myself. Maybe get something nice later. The most money I've ever found was 20 bucks. A clean BRAND NEW twenty dollar bill.

It would depend if I thought I knew who it belonged to or not. If I thought it belonged to someone- like someone near the 50, I'd have to see if it actually did, though they might say yes, when it wasn't theirs at all, but that's their problem. If it was just lying on the ground with no one around, of course I'd keep it. Who wouldn't? I'd spend it on whatever . . .

Spend it, unless it was in a wallet with a name and address of who the owner was, then I would do the right thing and return it, but if it is just laying on the ground by itself and nobody near by. I am no fool.

if I saw who dropped it then I would give it to them; but if it's a random $50 on the ground I'd keep it.

depends on where I found it. If it was near a church parking lot, it would go in the offering plate. If it was near a humane society, they would get. If it was in a public place and no way to determine the real owner, I would keep it.

If I found it in someplace remote, I would keep it. What else could you do with it. But, if I found it in a grocery store, I would turn it in to the customer service. I am a believer of "what goes around comes around".

If I didn't see someone drop it, I would probably keep it, but My grandmother found a 100.00 in a store one time, and they lady in front of her, didn't drop it, she didn't give it to the lady at the register, because you know they would just pocket the money so she gave it to a local church for christmas gifts.

I'd put it in my purse and either go to the mall and buy a new work outfit or go home and tell my boyfriend we're going out that night. Hey, everything happens for a reason!
