HI Frankie: I just moved to Mesa, Arizona from California and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE!!!!!!! Its quiet, the people are awesome, the cost of living is cheaper and it just feels more like home out here. I love going to the Fiesta Mall here in Mesa and going for my walk and looking for new things for my house. Plus, you cannot find a one bedroom house for rent in California for less then a thousand dollars a month. I am renting a one bedroom house on my own here in Mesa for $661.00 a month. Plus Safeway and Albertsons is on the corner along with 3 of my favorite places to eat at.

I live in San Diego and love it! I came down here 6 years ago from the Bay Area for college and stayed after graduating b/c I love this place so much. The weather is amazing all year long and I love summers here. I live 8 blocks from the beach in Pacific Beach and it's never too hot or too cold really and the weather is always nice and pleasant. The beaches are great and the ocean is nice and warm right now, water temps are in the low to mid 70's and it feels so nice to go swimming and cool off.

The people here are great; lots of transplants and most people are friendly, outgoing, and laid back. Always something to do and you can be outside year round doing whatever you want, except playing ice hockey of course. It;'s beautiful and it's always nice just to drive around and explore cool areas of the region. You have the ocean, mountains, deserts, big cities, small cities, Mexico, LA, Orange COunty, Vegas, and Zona are all pretty close. And it's not too crowded here like in LA and ORange County and it's cheaper.

I love the weather and Southern CA lifestyle and all the things there are to do here. If you have the time you should come out to San Diego to escape the heat along with the rest of Arizona that comes out here during the summer. Lot's of Zonies here during the summer so you'll feel right at home!

I live in Kansas City and love it! We have lived all along the eastern sea-board and loved it but we love it here. The only thing that sucks about here is that we don't have any huge bodies of waters like great lakes or oceans. We did keep a house in South Carolina on the beach so its nice to have a place to get away to when we need to. The weather is great here -- in the summer its very hot but hey... its not that bad! The fall is beautiful here and in the 60s and 70s. The winter is cold but not like freezing freezing. The spring gets pretty warm but its still nice. There are parts of KC that aren't great but there are SO many places they are fixing up like our downtown and everything and its just a great place. Everyone here is really nice. We have a childrens hospital thats rated within the top 5 in the nation (people there are great and its an awesome hospital). A lot of people in other areas of the midwest don't like Kansas City but some people think its because they wish they could live here and others think we are just stuck up and everything. Kansas City is just a laid back area and we have so many fun events etc. A couple of the suburbs have amazing school districts. Anyway, we have lived in about 10 states and LOVE it here. When we do want to get away -- our 2nd home is just a 15 hr drive or a 5 hour flight. Easy :) You should visit KC sometime.

I live in southern CA...and have been here for almost 2 yrs....great place...but so many people and expensive. I mean it is beautiful, but I just dont care to live here...does that make sense?? It is such a huge state, full of things to see, but in this area I am in, you have to get around the traffic and it is such a huge spread out city.

I lived in Gilbert, AZ for 2 yrs and LOVED it....the desert really grew on me....plus I loved going up to flag and oak creek canyon for heat relief. We had a pool too and I loved the lifestyle there, people were friendly, and everything you need is close by and alittle slower pace.

Absolutely love it! I live in Southern Arizona desert in the middle of nowhere, so to speak. It's a bit cooler down here because of the higher elevation. Out here you can do morning or evening hiking/walking and even gardening. Since the ground is easier to dig after it rains, I've planted a lot of new plants this year.

I am living in the midwest since last year because of our jobs and I absolutely hate it...it's in the middle of nowhere even though this city has over 1 million people living here.
I rather live on the eastcoast....
