"racist"? by that, do you mean "prejudiced against people of other colors" or, like most people on Y! do you mean "prejudiced against all other people except their own click"? If the latter, then every organization.
If the former, then the Democratic Party, the Communist Party, the Fascist Party...In other words, all Government groups, all organizations.
